How to Edit Your Child’s Details or Update Answers – Parent Portal
If you need to update your child’s details or change your answers, follow these simple steps:

Log in to the Parent Portal
- Use the invitation link you received from your child’s school to access the portal.

Find Your Submitted Form
- Once logged in, go to Forms → Submitted → View Submission.

Check If Changes Are Allowed
- If the health team permits further amendments and the programme is still active, you will be able to make the necessary changes.
4. Edit the Details
Update any required information and click the Continue button.
5. Amend Your Answers
On the next page, review and modify your responses as needed, then click Submit.
Confirmation Email
- A confirmation of your submission will be sent to your email. If you don’t see it in your inbox within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
