How do I add another child?
To add another child to a form, please click on 'Fill in for another child' from the respective form:
This will open a dialogue box. Click on "Yes" and follow the instructions:
This will create a form under the New section:
Select "Start submission" and proceed to register your other child's details:
If your child attends a different school and/or is due to take part in a different screening/immunisation programme, please ask the school to send you the invitation link and instead of registering, simply log in via that link.
