Filling Out A Form That Doesn't Require Registration

To fill out a form, you will need to have received an email with an activation link from your child's school.  If you have lost the activation email from the school please contact them so that they can send you another one.  Once you click on the link in the email you will be directed to a landing page.

From here you may be asked to find your child's school, you can search by typing in the first 3 letters of the school name or by the school postcode.

Next, simply fill in the details on the right-hand side (if you are using a mobile device, scroll to the bottom of the page) and click NEXT, then once through to the form, fill in and submit.

 

You will see the confirmation of submission message and an email will be sent to you to confirm the submission.
