The link I have doesn't work or just takes me to a login screen?

If the link you have been sent does not work or takes you just to a login screen there are a couple of things you can do:
1. Download the letter onto your device, then open it. If you click on the link directly from the email, it might be in preview mode and the hyperlink breaks in the process.
2. Copy and paste the link into a browser - the link should look similar to this:  https://app.schoolscreener.com/Portal/#/Tdfgdbs/p/8i/098978656. The letters and numbers at the end of the link are the important bits as these take you to your child's school landing page. 
3. If these options don't work, contact the health provider for a fresh link or email our Parent Portal support hub at parentsupport@schoolscreener.com. 

Please remember when contacting parent support to provide us with the following information so we can get the correct link for you:
  2. The school name and postcode
  3. The form you are trying to fill in e.g. Childhood Flu, NCMP, Vision, hearing (or both) or a health questionnaire.
  4. Your child's year group.
