How do I download and view my child's results letters?

How to Download and View Your Child’s Results Letters

Logging in

  1. You can log in using the link provided by your child’s school.

  2. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgot my password’ link on the login page to reset it.


Finding the letters

 Once logged into the Parent Portal:

  1. Click on the ‘Inbox’ button.

  2. Select your child’s name from the list to view any available letters.



Downloading letters 

When letters are available, you can:

  • Click ‘View’ to preview the letter on screen, or

  • Click ‘Download’ to save a PDF copy to your device.



No Letters Available
  1. If there are no letters yet, you will see a message confirming this.


  1. If your Inbox is blank, please check back later — letters may not have been released yet.
  2. If your letter still isn’t available after some time, please contact your School Health Team directly for assistance.
