How do I download and view my child's results letters?
Logging in
You can log in using the link that your school sent you.
You can reset your password by clicking the ‘Forgot my password’ link if you have forgotten it.

Finding the letters
Once logged into the portal, click on the 'Inbox button and select the child from the list.

Downloading letters
Once letters are available, you can either click 'View' to preview the document or 'Download' to save a PDF copy to your device.
No letters
If there are no letters, you will see the following message:
If the Inbox is blank, please return to check on a later occasion. If your letter is still not there, please contact the school health team directly.
