Why can I not see the letters?

If you are unable to see the letters, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Your form has not been submitted yet.

   • Ensure that you have completed and submitted the form for your child(ren).

2. The health team has not yet accepted your form into the system.

   • In this case, please contact your health provider so they can process your form.
   • If you do not have their contact details, we can help direct you to the right team.

What to Do Next

Once your form has been accepted by the health team, you will be able to view documents and messages in the 'Inbox' section at the top of the page.

✔ Name and Postcode of the School 
✔ The form you are trying to complete (e.g. Childhood Flu, NCMP, Vision, Hearing, or a Health Questionnaire)
✔ Your child's year group
