Once I have submitted the questionnaire, do I get confirmation?
Once you have submitted the questionnaire:
A confirmation message will appear on the screen to let you know your submission was successful.
You will also receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the questionnaire.
The email will include information about the next steps, where applicable.
If you do not receive the confirmation email:
Please check your spam or junk folder
Ensure the email address you used during registration is correct
If you are still unsure whether your questionnaire was submitted successfully, you can log in to the Parent Portal and check under Forms → Submitted.
