How do I know if my form has been matched?
Once your form has been matched to your child’s record, your child’s details will appear in the Inbox section of your Parent Portal account.
After the screening has taken place, the screening team will issue a results letter. When this is ready, it will automatically appear in your Inbox — there’s nothing further you need to do.
To check your Inbox:
- Log in to the Parent Portal
- Select the Inbox tab
What you might see:
Child visible in Inbox – Your form has been successfully matched, and any results letters will appear here once issued ✅
Child not visible in Inbox – Your form is still waiting to be matched by the screening team. You may want to contact the screening team directly to find out the matching status.
